Shopping providers
I am shopping for a broadband provider because I have been having a lot of issues with my current provider. And one of the local companies that offers it I asked about average ping speeds from my area. Well I got this as a response and I guess last bit is above my comprehension does anyone have any insight on this?
 The ping speed on HBC's network is less than 1 millisecond and the backbone links are 20C3's and a 1GB ethernet. |

OC is the Optical Carrier designation for fiber connections. OC-3 is generally used in enterprise settings. The above link has more on OC ratings and related info. Was that all you had questions about?
